My jee rank is 119567 can I got any state government college

Your rank is somewhere near 200k and with this rank it is almost impossible to get a state government engineering college if you belong to general category.
If you belong to any of the reserved categories like OBC or SC/ST, then depending upon your reservation you can get a good government college but even for OBC candidates, there are very less chances to get a core branch with this rank.

At your rank its difficult to get into any state government colleges. And even of you get into one you won't get the core branches. Your state also matters. The cut off of your state colleges matter most. Its not possible to get into a college of any other state as they have high cut off for outside applicants. I'll advise you should look for private universities. There are really good universities giving real good education and exposure. Like Amity and MIT manipal or Bennet University. Hope this helps.
