It is hard to get NIT with good branch, you can look for IIITS.

If your rank is obc than your chance is is zero.if your rank is all india than your may be or not.

Yes you can get a seat in NIT with this rank. There are different NIT's in India with different cutoff ranks and many have closing rank close to 55-60000 like NIT -srinagar, Raipur, Meghalaya etc so you have fair enough chances of getting a seat.

My sc rank is 27000 in jee main . Can i get NIT in government collage?
No he can not any nit.becouse his rank is obc ncl not than it is all india ranking.
