You don't need to worry if you have not put your whole percentile in the counseling form. But please from next time fill up the whole percentile as it is a necessity. The concerned authorities will verify every detailed related to you for the counseling process. As they have your roll no and the application number , so they will just look for that one instead.
But if you have any option to correct your percentile, then please correct it.
