You wont get any college like NITs/IIITs/GFTIs or government engineering college of your home state.
You can get private college on the basis of your score.
You should take a drop and prepare well for the next year.
You lack concepts ,its better to prepare agaain other wise even if you take admission in any college you will start to fail from the first semester.
All whatever we have read in intermediate ,you will have to study in the first semester.
You cannot skip this part.
