Your rank is good and you should participate in jac delhi counselling because it provides admission in four government engineering Colleges-- DTU, NSUT, IIIT-d,Igdtuw. Without participating in jac counselling you won't be able to get admission in these colleges.
DTU is the best government engineering College in Delhi and if you are unable to get admission in any IIT or nit than you should take admission in DTU. DTU offers 15 branches in b.tech. The admission is done in 6 rounds of cutoffs. With 91 percentile in jee mains you will be able to get a good branch in DTU or NSUT or in IIIT-d. The last date for application is 17th June so you have to register online before the end date at jac delhi website.
