Hi bamin ,
I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or even iiits .
All the branches even in northeast nits too ends up with a closing rank of 7000 to 9000 but not more than that only possibility is if you share a homestate quota in any northeast nits .then you might get admission into some lower branches .
But definitely getting into any nit will not get you your preferred branch.
