my jenpasug 2025 GMR 19916 and my SC rank in 3813.. can i get any government college??

For reference, in JENPAS-UG 2024, SC category closing ranks for government colleges in popular courses like B.Sc Nursing were generally below 2500 , while in some paramedical courses such as BMLT, B.Sc Operation Theatre Technology, and B.Sc Physician Assistant , SC closing ranks went up to around 4000–5000 in later rounds.
