There can be 3 reasons why a rank might not have been assigned in KCET:

1. Your 12th marks missing
2. You must have marked the code inversion wrong
3. Revaluation of your 12th means your marks must have changed and a new rank needs to be assignment.

So you need to login to the official website, check the reason and if it is QE marks, you need to upload them. And it takes atleast 3-4 business days for the rank to be assigned from the time you have uploaded your marks. If it is not regarding the marks, please check if you got the Inversion code wrong.
