my login was not opening for web options

Dear student,
First of all, you have not mentioned the counselling name, in which you are participating. Now, if you are not getting login, then there might be some issue with the net connection. So, try changing your internet connection. Also, it might be the case, that you are entering some wrong user id or password. So, check it also.
And also, if the problem continues, then you can contact the officials of the counselling. There contact will be provided at the counselling official website.
