Dear Aspirant,

You may get a chance to apply in vignan university according to their minimum criteria which you should satisfy,there in no as such minimum cutoff for it.They accept jee main score if they have the seat and fulfill their minimum criteria.They mainly take admission through V-SAT their online exam after that if they have vacant seat then only you can apply.For more detail you can check the link below
