My Mains&Adv. rank are 60962 & 21663. I'm general candidate from Hyderabad. Plz tell which is best college-course combo in Telangana only?

Assuming you will definitely get a package of atleast 15lpa by taking core branch is not true. The salary package you are going to get is completely dependent on your performance through out the coming 4 years. The ranks you got in mains and advanced are not enough to get you a seat in both NIT and IIT telangana. Since, you haven't taken ts eamcet you will not be able to get a seat in top institutes in telangana.You can try applying for top institutes like CBIT that offer few seats under Category B. Although, you might not be satisfied with the seat you are going to get through CategoryB. If you have taken BITSAT and have got great score, you can choose BITS hyderabad. If you have taken VIT entrance exam, that would also be a great pick. Else, taking a year off and taking the entrances next year would be a great choice.
