Hi aspirant,

You got 148 marks & 4169 rank in upsee. You asked if you may get government seat or not in mechanical.

Now, see, your rank is not so bad after all. For government college, one should be with less than 4k rank. Sometimes, the cut off rank goes upto 5000 or 6000.So, Your 4169 rank is good & you may get a seat in govt Institute here.
