For aiims u must get 60% marks in physics chemistry and biology separately if u are from general category 55% if u are from obc category and 50% if u are from sc or st category .

Minimum marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English
For General and OBC aspirants 60% aggregate;
For SC and ST candidates 50% aggregate
For PwD candidates - 45% aggregate
