my marks are 91 in jee adv i am in ap and obc cani get any iit mechanical eng or any other branch please help

As per previous year cutoffs(2018 and 2017), you cannot get Mechanical branch at this score.
But as per 2016 and 2015 cutoffs, you may get Mechanical at -
