Hi Anmol ! 205 marks may provide you a rank of 1500-3000 depending on the cut-off and difficulty level of the question paper. So if I am not wrong, you will civil in IIT Kharagpur easily but not sure about mechanical and electrical. For the case of IIT Delhi, all the three electrical, mechanical, and civil is in doubt. If due to good luck or due to vacancy or due to extended round you may get mechanical even in IIT Kharagpur and civil in IIT Delhi. So hoping best for you and best of luck to you.
