My marks is 29.66 electrical ..branch .. Sc category... Can i get gate score card

Hello Nidhi,
Your score is only valid when it is above or equal to the score of qualifying marks.
Previous year cut off of EE for SC category is about to 19.1. and you can get GATE score card. Because you are qualified according to the previous year cut off.
So you are qualified.
