my math is too weak and what is the best book for the beginning of math student

If you are weak the just follow NCERT and solve the numericals that are in there only. if you are not able to do it in one time the solve it 5 times, then leave it for some time then try to solve by yourself with the steps and understanding what formulas are used.
after solving NCERT then you can move to Topics in Mathematics then OPTondon and there are many books available to solve. you can pick anyone to solve. it is time taking but try to do it. you will get it one day for sure. you have time and daily give 5 hours for mathematics and solve questions which you can do yourself. if you can't then keep it there and go and ask your teacher to solve it for you. after that know what he did to solve it then you also try the same. all these needs practice so if you practice you will be able to score well in mathematics.
