See here you need to understand that writing the JEE mains is not having the eligibility criteria but inorder to enter into the Government Institutions like NIT / IIT / IIIT / CFTI colleges you should have the atleast score of more than 75% if you are from the General Category and for the other categories it might vary somewhat, so overall definitely you can be Abel to write the JEE mains entrance exam and based upon your respective score in that you can be Able to get into the college.

Hey,
No you are not eligible as as per eligibility criteria only candidates will m more than 75% in physics chemistry and mathematics can apply for JEE exam but there is always a scope of improvement you can try to enroll in improvement exams for next year.
