As of eligibility, yes, you are eligible as the eligibility criteria says, you need atleast 50% aggregate in your HSC or any other equivalent degree. However, talking about your percentile, it might get a bit tough there. 74 percentile won’t help you much in getting a seat for engineering, especially for CSE. You can try for some private engineering colleges though. You might get a seat. Visit the colleges you want to get admission in and you will know about the admission procedures.
