Dear aspirant,
It will be difficult to get good engineering colleges which will have better faculty , infrastructure and have good placement opportunitites . I would advise you to try minority colleges as you may have a chance to get admission there or else they are even other courses like bsc in information technology in which mostly the ciricullum is almost the same if you didn't get information technology engineering . You may get any decent college , but it is always better to do IT engineering from a good institution.
