I did my 10th and 12th from UP and currently residing in UP and have domicile of Rajasthan. What should I select as state of eligibility?

If house tax and water tax and electricity bill is paying by your mother ,herself name or your father'name.or your mother &father has a voter ID in which address is from up.then you can apply to get domicile of up.
