No, your future is not in trouble because of this.

This is only a difference in capitalization (uppercase vs. title case) . The name itself is the same.

Will it cause problems?

Generally, No! Universities, government departments, and employers treat:

Md Yousuf
MD YOUSUF

as the same name. Uppercase and lowercase letters do not change your identity.
