my name is gopi Chand i want apply for mains my caste is bc-d i don't have obc certificate now what i have write on the mains form

If you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category. You can check that at: http://www.ncbc.nic.in/user_panel/centralliststateview.aspx . Go to this page and click on your State. Search for the Community you belong to. If it is there, then you will be considered under OBC Category or else you have to fill in the application form under General Category. If you do not have OBC Certificate, you should apply under General Category for this session. From this year, JEE Mains will be conducted 4 times a year from now starting from February to May. The first session will be held from February 23rd to 26th and the next sessions schedule will be announced later on. Every session will have a separate registration. So if you appear for February session now under General Category, you still can appear for March, April and May sessions under OBC Certificate once you get your Category certificate.
