No, you cannot join the five-year B.A. LL.B. program. Your 2nd PUC results of 46% and 33% are too low. Since you are a graduate as you say you are 2nd PUC pass in 2024, the 3-year LL.B. course is a viable option for you.
Bar Council of India has removed the upper age limit for all law courses but it requires a minimum of 45% in your graduation for general category students and for sc/st candidates it is 40%.
If you fulfill percentahge requirement consider it.
