Sorry to hear your condition. I think if you have to go for your relatives as you have no one who can take care, then with all the documents give an application to your PUC college or school. See what they are saying. If they are not ready to accept the same, then you can inform the District Magistrate regarding this and I hope you will get adequate helps to continue your education from the government side. So this can be the only way out, there are no other information left. So try this out and I pray to god, your problem get solved.
