I didnt apply for JEE MAINS January Examination. Would I be eligible for B tech/m tech through JEE MAINS April Examination or it is only

Hello,

As you might know, JoSAA provides home state quota in all the NITs as well as IIITs. Considering only the JEE Mains exam, you can get admission to any Engineering college via JoSAA counselling in NorthEast. JoSAA doesn't need you to apply for separate NE domicile and if you have passed your StdXII from any NorthEast states, you become eligible for home state quota from that state.

Considering that you want admissions in universities which provide NE Domicile reservation, by not registering for the same you technically chose to forfeit it and will not be considered for reservation further. Feel free to comment down any question you have in mind.
