Well there are many NITs/IIITs which offer dual degree of BTech and Mtech in a duration of 5 years. If that is some thing that you are insterested in then definitely go for it, as it is mostly for people who want to go to academia or have a research aptitute since you get two degrees from a prestigious institute otherwise you would have to appear for GATE again to get admission in Mtech.
