Don't worry dear it won't create any problem in your JOSAA counselling process because it is known that sometimes due to shortage of space surname and first name get combined without any space in some certificates so it will not create any problem but you should make sure that certificate should be of similar format as available on the official website of JOSAA, that you can check out from the link given below :-
