Yeah, i guess you r asking for tamil nadu counselling...RIGHT???
i don't know why but yeah its happening with me too...m from other state applied to tamil nadu...

I GUESS its because of that we have applied for pvt quota/management quota and currently only Govt quota seats r filling up...
