Hello Pratibha,
In that case you need to make the corrections on the eligibility certificate and enter the correct name. Given the last date to submit the application form is September 21, you still have some time left.
If you are not able to make corrections to the certificate in the meantime, you will have to wait for application form correction facility to open to make the necessary changes.

but correction of name in degree certificate will take lot of time aprox 1 month I guess. What should I do then? Should I fill the name in application form as mentioned in my !0th class certificate or as Degree certificate
