My name seplling on 10th ssc certificate is PAVAN & other documents like caste ,validity ,NCL, that is PAWAN any problems occurs in medical counseling.

you filled your application form in according to your 10th or 12th certificates.so any miss match in your name or father's name in your caste or,domicile certificate create problem during your counselling because if you name written PAVAN in your 10th certificates then in your caste or domicile it must written PAVAN not PAWAN.In this case this caste or domicile certificate not considered as yours.

so in my opinion you should apply for new caste or domecile certificate as soon as possible so that you can provide your certificates at the time of counseling.
