If you are under general category then with 372 marks in NEET 2021 getting a government medical college is not possible but if you belong to any other category the chances are still very low. But you can opt for a private medical college and if under 25 lakh you can go for colleges as-

Mata Gujari Medical College, Bihar
Narayana Medical College, Sasaram, Bihar
