With your score if you are aiming for any government colleges it is highly impossible to get see there because the usually need higher cutoff so you can try to any other private colleges with your mark you can get BAMS seat if you are looking for any other particular college you should visit the official website

According to your score in NEET that is 148 it is not possible for you to get government colleges even if you are from SC category.The cutt offs are usually higher. At this score you may only have a chance in management quota seats but seats are also limited in that.
You can consider private colleges in states like Karnataka, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, or Gujarat, where low scoring candidates sometimes get admission but the fees will be higher.
