My Neet admit card was showing provisional ..what should i mean for that??

If your NEET admit card is showing provisional then that means, that your NEET admit card is only applicable only for the date of examination on which your exam is going to held on, that means that if the exam is going to be held in any other shift also then, it will not be applicable for that shift or any other shift.
