Here's the qualifying cutoff percentile for you:-

General                   50th percentile        720-138
SC/ST/OBC              40th percentile       137-108

SC/ST/OBC-PwD     40th percentile       121-108


But at this score you will not be able to get government college. Because for that you need atleast 600+ marks.
Yes, you can apply for private colleges and deemed to be universities in all india quota, you can get definitely get admission in them.
