Hi as per the marks you have mentioned you don't qualify the exams and in order to get a seat in colleges for MBBS ,bds, band, bhms or veterinary you need to qualify NEET UG exam. Neet cutoff as per category is
General 50th percentile 720-147
General-PH 45th percentile 146-129
SC/ST/OBC 40th percentile 146-113
SC/ST/OBC-PH 40th percentile 128-113
So you should take a year drop and prepare well for next year to secure good marks.
