My neetpg score is 565 and AIRANK is 20k .. i want to know which colleges(private also) i can get

It is difficult to exactly predict the college or state you might get on the basis of your score, given that the ranks needed changes every year with the number of other aspirants competing, the difficulty level of exam, etc.

However, you could get an idea of the same from previous year data. Now, there are some issues in exactly taking-up previous year data of NEET PG and applying it for this year's admissions because last year NEET PG was conducted for 1500 marks, while for this year, i.e. NEET PG 2018 has been conducted for a total of 1200 marks and results have been given accordingly.

On the top of this, manually digging state quota data for every course and college in all states of India is huge and difficult. Given my limitations, I am providing you with the data of last rank which got admission in MS General Surgery course in 50% AIQ counselling (given below).

• M.S. General Surgery- Last year, t he last rank in general category who got admission in MS General Surgery course under 50% AIQ counselling was 4,777. It is futile to give the marks since NEET PG 2017 maximum marks (1500) were different from NEET PG 2018 max. Marks (1200).This rank was allotted Silchar Medical College in Silchar, Assam.

In case you happen to aim for admission in MS Gen. Surgery under 50%  counselling, then going by previous year data, you may aim at a NEET PG 2018 rank of 4,000 or below.
