My normalized marks is 33% only..which college i will get for m.tech

As per the previous year cutoff trends, and considering you are from the Unreserved category, the last closing cutoff score for low-run private colleges for M.Tech under TANCET was around 37-36. If you've scored around 33-34, then there seem to be very slight chances of you getting a seat in any college for M.Tech. However, don't lose hope and keep looking for other colleges and institutes to keep your options open.
