My nta percentile is 37 in jee mains paper 2 . Then how many marks i have scored

This is just the percentile you have got compared to all the students in your session into the number of students attended the exam.
So please wait until another session that is in april your marks and rank would be declared.
As your percentile is less it is good if you give another attempt.
