It would be difficult to predict the exact qualify marks or rank as JEE MAin is being conducted by NTA for the first time.

Based on your score your probable rank will be 422,567 - 462,567 and your probable category rank range will be 144193 - 164193, With this rank the chances are less to be eligible for JEE Advance & NITs admission.

I would suggest you to appear again for JEE Main April Session Exam.
