My OBC-B rank in Wbjee 2019 is 1389, and I have home state Quota. Can I get a admission in any Govt or Private colleges??

As I can see you have got 1389 rank in wbjee 2019 in obc-b category. You home state doesn't work more on it. It's not enough to get admission in government college. But you can take admission in any good private colleges. There are many private colleges with top ranking, you can take admission there.
