my obc category rank in jee main is 60000 and AIR is 200900. is there any chance of getting a seat in NITs till last round of counselling?

You have chances to get NIT Manipur based on your rank. You can also get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
