My OBC certificate has expire on 30/10/2016. May fullfill JIPMER Application/

If your OBC certificate has expired in 2016, you cannot use that now. You cannot upload that certificate as it has no value. You have to take a new OBC certificate and upload the new one. You cannot upload the expired certificate because once it is expired, it is null and void. It might also count as malpractice and fraud.
