My OBC-NCL certificate has my middle name but my JEE application does not, will that be a problem during counselling?

If your OBC-NCL certificate has middle name but jee application doesn't then don't worry because there would be no problem at all.
You should apply for another OBC-NCL certificate or submit correction form for the caste certificate and it will be reformed in week.
