my obc ncl certificate is in process and will come by December end then what should i fill in the my neet 2020 application form? general or obc ncl?

dear A G,
during filling of applications form if caste certificate no is asked then you have to fill the application in general category because you have not obc ncl certificate right now. but if during filling of application form the caste certificate no not asked then you can fill the application form in obc ncl category because your obc ncl certificate is in process and you will get your certificate before counselling.but make sure that you get your obc ncl certificate before counselling
