My Obc ncl certificate is of before 1st april 2020 .do I need to apply for a new one , for JosAA ?

Hello,
As per JoSAA guidelines, it is strongly advised to apply for the new NCL certificate. As at the time of admission , toif you fail to produce required certificate you can be considered a general candidate. With worst case scenario being seat allocation cancellation at the reporting centre only.
So it is very much advisable to atleast apply for the same..
