My OBC-NCL jee main rank is 18k. So is their any chance to get electrical engineering through JAC counselling 2018. I not from Delhi.

See at this rank and not having a delhi quota you need to to compromise your branch. You may get dtu with slight chances but chances of getting electrical in dtu are quite low. Wait till the spot round. All the best.
