My obc ncl rank is 39000 can i get any nit

You can definitely get into some nits as now a days female qouta is adapted the number of seats for girls to get into nit has increased so now let me make you clear with the nits you can definitely get seat into it.
national institute of technology goa
Here even if you are not in goa state category you though you can apply for it .
Here you can take a chance to get computer science as last year in special round one seat was filled with a rank of 38601 as well as you can apply for electrical and electronics engineering.
Now you can easily get seat in any of north east nits with good branches .
You can even apply for biotechnology in nit warangal under other state category last year one seat was filled with rank 36180 in special round so there are high probability that you get into this branch .
Even in nit bhopal you can take chance to get seat in electrical engineering in special round or if you have home state qouta at bhopal then you can even apply for computer science in special round .
You can take chance in nit allahabad with production engineering branch .

I'm sorry but your rank is low, you may not get into NIT you may have to seek admission in GFTIs.
If you're female you have chances of getting a seat in NITs in OBC-NCL female category.
