my obc rank is 6295 .Can I get iit or not

Yes, you can get an IIT but you will get new IITs with no proper or good branch.
You can check by opening and closing ranks of various IITs of previous years provided on website jossa and college praveshwhich will give you better answer to this question.
You can get 1 or 2 old IITs as well but with poor branch and with 5 years integrated programme.
