My official d/o/b is 30/9/2001 but unfortunately in JEE admit card my d/o/b is 30/9/2000 , is this create any problem

yes,definitely it will creat an issue but not at the time of exam.after exam,during counselling it will be the big issue.so try to contact jee mains helpline and ask for help immediately.
